    A non-fiction book Cover for real estate

    W. Rick Harris’s book 31 Days to Purchasing and Renting Your First Investment Real Estate Property is a detailed, step-by-step process of getting into real estate. The 31 days represent the chapters within the book, and the title and subtitle had to be showcased on the cover to best reflect the book’s contents. Icons were chosen and mapped out, showing the steps for the reader to obtain their first rental property
